It's so nice to meet you.
I bring my passion for strategy and strength to the Back 40 Fitness community, having made the transition from finance to fitness to pursue my true passion. With hands-on experience coaching both in-person and online clients, I combine my analytical mindset with genuine connection to help others achieve their goals (and yes, my checklist-loving heart gets just as excited about your progress as I do about my morning coffee).
Nicknamed the leg press queen by friends (I didn't choose the title, but I'll happily wear the crown), I believe in both data-driven results and the power of showing up consistently for yourself. My journey from corporate life to coaching taught me firsthand that taking bold steps toward your goals – while scary – leads to the most rewarding transformations.
When I'm not creating programs or connecting with clients, you'll find me outdoors with my two little girls, planning our next adventure, or calculating the optimal coffee-to-productivity ratio for the day. As a mom juggling family life with fitness goals, I understand the importance of creating sustainable routines that work in real life.
